Shanelle Kindel
Shanelle’s practice remains dedicated to the defense of individuals in state and federal criminal cases, grand jury investigations and administrative proceedings. A tenacious advocate throughout all phases of litigation, she focuses on securing excellent outcomes for her clients. Her practice includes misdemeanors and complex felonies ranging from financial crimes to sexual assault. In addition to her extensive trial experience, Shanelle repeatedly secures successful pretrial outcomes for her clients, including obtaining numerous dismissals at preliminary hearings, motions hearings, and at the investigation stage before charges are ever filed.
Prior to joining the firm, Shanelle was an attorney in the Denver Trial Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. While attending the University of Colorado Law School, she served as a summer associate for a large Denver based law firm. Following law school, Shanelle accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Anne M. Mansfield (ret). Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for Portal, a non-profit promoting social entrepreneurship in developing countries, and is a member of the Denver Metro Chamber’s Leadership Foundation.
